RECETA COMIDA TIPICA POLACA

Es un crepe con patata y salsa de carne es deliciosoooo,tipico polaco!!

1/2 kg patata
2 dientes de ajo

1/2 kg carne cortada en cubos

preparacion masa de crepes
Rayar la patata,el ajo y la cebolla,agrgarle el huevo ,sal .Eliminar el agua que desprende .
Calentar una sarten con poco aceite,como para hacer un sofrito.hechar la preparacion en pequeñas cantidades para hacer pequeños crepes y dejar que se dore a fuego lento.Dar vuelta y volver a dorar.Pasar la preparacion a un plato y reservar ,continuar con los demas.
Salsa de carne
En una sarten u olla disponer aceite,hechar la carne se dore un poquito cebolla cortada en juliana .Dorar y agregar el tomate.sal cant necesaria
cuando esta casi listo se le agrega el paprika

Recetas de pasteles o dulces Polacos
BABAJAGI

para doce a 16 porciones
1 litrode leche
4 huevos
nata 400 cm cubicos,
unas gotas de vinagre
Manteca 250 gr
azucar glas casi una taza
dos paquetes de galletitas cuadradas tipo maria,o de chocolate,
te
gelatina de color rojo
papel encerado
batimos huevo con nata,hervimos la leche sola agregamos unas gotas vinagre de manzana ](se hara queso)separar el suero del queso
volcamos la leche con la mezcla de nata y huevos y llevamos al fuego.
se hace como una ricota en casa,
EN un recipiente aparte mezclamos manteca 250 g, 1 taza casi azucar en polvo y una yema,batimos con batidora.
Agregamos el queso,,,y batimos
Luego colocamos papel enccerado o papel manteca ,encima las galletitas en hileras de 3 por filas mojadas con el te alos 2 costados formando un cuadrado completo,untamos con la crema,continuamos hasta formar varias filas,hasta5 o 6 filas.
Para la segunda etapa hechamos cacao a la crema y ponemos otra capa de galletita la de los costados bien mojadas,la capa generosa de chocolate
y la del centro menos,pero mojarla,,,
Hecharle en el centro la gelatina y luego formar un triangulo ;Hay que apretar, se juntan los dos ectremos desde los costados hacia el centro.Ver foto como queda.llevar a la nevera unas horas
